Publisher Content: Our services display content that is not yours. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.

License

Publisher grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our software. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use our services.

How We Share Your Information

For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal proceedings.

Modifying and Terminating Our Services

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Publisher will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, or indirect damages.
